According to this division, the rules of
private law include the regulation of the activity of individuals with each
other or the state when it acts as a private person and includes civil law,
commercial law, maritime law, labor law, private international law ... etc. The
rules of public law are the set of legal rules that regulate relations between
individuals and the state as a holder of authority and sovereignty and between
the state and other states, and the public law section includes two branches of
external public law or what is called public international law, which regulates
relations and ties between states
