This course is intended for third-year Automation students. It comprises two parts. The first part concerns the Intel 8086 microprocessor and covers its external and internal architectures, memory management, instruction set, addressing modes and interrupts.The second part concerns the microcontroller 8051 (Unit6. pp.48) and includes the 8051's architecture and programming through a large number of examples.- Teacher: Souad Friha
