This course is aimed at students in the first year of a Scientific Degree. Its objective is to provide the bases in differential calculus for real functions of a real variable, essential to all scientific training. The supposedly known concepts correspond to the high school program.
The indefinite and definite integrals are introduced in the first and second chapters, respectively. In Chapters 3 and 4, the first and second order differential equations with constant coefficients are solved.
At the end of these chapters, you’ll find a selection of sample exercises with answers, written in a progressive and detailed manner to enable students to familiarize themselves with new concepts and check that the essential points have been correctly assimilated.
